How to I set up an appointment?
Call the office and leave a message with a call back phone number. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

What if I have an emergency?
Call 911, or go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room.

How can I pay? 
We accept many insurance plans; please call ahead to see if your plan is covered.  Credit cards/debit cards are also accepted and private pay.

Will I need to pay for my session at the time of the appointment?
You will need to pay your portion of payment due at the time of your appointment. If you have not met your deductible, you will also need to pay at the time of our appointment.

What reassurances will I have that what I say is confidential?
We have all records and communications safeguarded in compliance with HIPAA’s and 42CFR-Part 2 guidelines.

 How often are people seen?
 The frequency of appointments depends on several factors including the severity of your concerns; however, the ultimate decision is discussed and agreed upon at the end of your initial contact/history taking session.

What if I need medication?
 The staff will refer you to a board certified psychiatrist in the area or you can choose your own provider.

 How long are sessions?
Sessions are generally 50-60 minutes long.    

Can I be seen after work hours?
 Yes our flexible business hours are from 9a.m. to 9p.m.
Saturday appointments are available.
 Your therapist will work with you to schedule appointments to meet your needs.

What happens if I miss a session?  
It is always helpful for you to let us know when you will not be able to come scheduled sessions. However, we will be happy to reschedule.

What if my spouse wants information concerning my therapy?
Information will only be shared with those people you have listed on your “Release of information” form.
